فلسفة البرنامج

يسعى نادي إيرين ميلز لكرة القدم جاهدًا لإنشاء لاعبين مرتاحين على الكرة ومبدعين ومثابرين. خارج الملعب ، نهدف إلى أن يصبح لاعبونا طلابًا للعبة ، وأن يكون لديهم شغف بالرياضة التي ستستمر مدى الحياة. نحن نركز على تخريج اللاعبين من خلال مستويات المنافسة المختلفة داخل النادي.

 

في EMSC ، نحن بصدد التميز ، وتوفير الفرص ، وأن نصبح موطنًا ثانيًا للاعبينا. إن Soccer with the Eagles ليست مجرد لعبة بل هي المكان الذي نبني فيه أسرة داخل مجتمعنا.

The club also follows the Canada Soccer Pathways; by doing this, we stay uniform with the province and country as to how they want the vision of soccer to be.

Soccer at our club is for everyone in the community; we pride ourselves on being accessible to everyone who wants to play soccer in a safe and organized environment. To ensure we are on the correct pathway, we follow the Canada Soccer Guide to Accessibility and Inclusion.
